    1. Any and all marketing materials (including social media posts, lobby engagement/activities and giveaways/promotions) related to this concert must receive approval by CineConcerts and Warner Bros. before being released to production or made live, no exceptions.

    2. You, as the Presenter, are responsible for all parties involved in the HPFCS, including (but not limited to) symphony social media posts, themed concessions, etc. Questions? Talk to your brand manager.

    3. Please note that Warner Bros. requires 10-14 business days for all approvals.  We encourage you to submit your materials even earlier than that as required. Revisions will add another 5 business days.
