  • There is a press release template that only needs to be localized and returned to Andrew/Molly in English prior to distribution. It needs to be approved by both Warner Bros. and John Williams.

    • Average approval time is 5 days.

  • all media coverage requests and interview schedule(s) need to be listed out and sent to PR. Dept. prior to confirmation

    • pitching morning local news to have interview w/conductor post-arrival ideal (i.e. morning of rehearsal).

    • pitching for pre-show coverage (rehearsal footage/interview) with reporter attending to review is also encouraged

    • for any interviews that need to be coordinated, please use the Interview Request Form

  • please send PR Dept. all links/interviews that have posted online or in print, especially if interviews are confirmed (weekly or bi-weekly Emails with links/attachments are essential)

  • after the show, please send a PR summary wrap-up of all posts/interviews/articles of the concert for our files. This can be an Excel document, word doc, Powerpoint, etc.
