What are the Sponsorship Tiers?
A tier system has been developed to allow sponsors to be included across consumer-facing marketing elements based on each sponsor’s relevance to the Harry Potter™ brand. By pre-vetting and classifying these sponsors early on, the overall review and approval process for all marketing will be clear and efficient.
As always, there may be instances that will require further discussion as we expect the need to be flexible to accommodate particular industry consideration.
Tier 1 –Is classified as a relevant and brand-appropriate company/brand Warner Bros. are comfortable for the Wizarding World brand to be associated with, where the WB has no aversion to the logo sitting alongside any WW franchise logos in a dedicated/solus ad
Tier 2 –A company/brand that is less relevant but does not provide any direct concerns
Tier 3 –A company/brand that Warner Bros. does not want directly associated with Harry Potter BUT could, depending on sponsor, be featured if there is a good deal of scope and said sponsor’s presence is minimal and considerably separated from the Harry Potter brand
How can the different Tiered Sponsors be used?
Tier 1 –These sponsors can be included on dedicated/solus ads and other tactics along side the WW logo. At all times, appropriate labelling must be included identifying partners as one of the following: Venue Sponsor, Concert Series Sponsor, Orchestra Sponsor, or Media Partner
Tier 2 –These sponsors can be included on dedicated/solus ads and other tactics, provided they are part of reasonable scope AND with separation. Appropriate labelling must be included identifying partners as one of the following: Venue Sponsor, Concert Series Sponsor, Orchestra Sponsor, or Media Partner
Tier 3 –These sponsors can be included on tactical elements with multiple events and brands/ sponsors with significant scope and with separation from Harry Potter
