As some of you are aware, our asset download links have ‘required permission’ before you can access them. We have been working behind the scenes to update all of these. For the most part, they should all work properly on this site. If for whatever reason things are still not working, please let us know.

NEW - Happy Birthday Harry Social Media Video and Copy!

CineConcerts has added a video and copy for social media to celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday! This can be found in the Social Media Art & Copy folder of all the asset kits, under ‘GIFs & Clips’. Please note that the video cannot be revised/ or edited and that the copy cannot be adjusted outside of localization.

NEW Standee Templates

A new template has been created for the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series! Using the key art from the concert series, our presenting partners can now create standees for distributing flyers! This template is located within the asset kits’ Key Art folder, with in the sub folder ‘Alternative Advertising’.

NEW Short Concert Clips for Social Media!

CineConcerts has added short video clips to our Social Media folders for all Potter films! These clips range from 5-10 seconds and showcase an orchestra playing in front of a large movie screen—they are great for quickly communicating the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series experience!

These videos are available in two different formats for social media and, due to their short length, are not editable, but can be posted with the localizable pre-approved social media copy.

These videos can be found in the asset kit in Social Media Art & Copy -> GIFs & Short Clips -> Short Social Media Clips (Not Editable).

New: Playbill Covers!

The Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series now has new templates for the playbill covers!

As of Monday, April 8th 2019, we will no longer be accepting the previous playbill cover templates which utilize the key art imagery. Please contact your CineConcerts Brand Manager if you have any questions!

NEW: Additional Announcement Slides

CineConcerts now has new Announcement Slides for the Harry Potter Film Concert Series! These additional slides utilize an image to help your on-screen announcement catch the audience’s attention. These new slides can be found along side the previous templates within the “Next Film Announcement” folder for each film!

UPDATED ASSETS FOR 2019!

Happy New Year!

And with this new year comes new branding!  

As the Wizarding World™ continues to grow the branding for Harry Potter™ has been updated by Warner Bros. Studios. CineConcerts has revised all of our key art templates and video assets for the Harry Potter Film Concert Series to reflect these changes!

These changes include:

·     The removal of the “From J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World” line on the HP logos

·     The addition of the new Wizarding World Logo

·     A revised legal line

The new Wizarding World logo acts as a watermark around the world to let Potter fans know that a product or concert is official as well as offer them an instant kite-mark of quality and reliability. 

This logo is not present on the particularly small banner ad templates but should be present on all larger marketing materials and press releases (which have all been recently updated for 2019). If the WW logo is not present on an asset due to the small size there is an alternate legal line for use on this item.

The ship year on all key art and all video has been updated to (s19) for the new year for your convenience! To assist in this transition, CineConcerts will be accepting marketing materials and press releases utilizing the old templates until Friday, February 1st. But we highly encourage all of our partners to begin using the new branding as soon as possible.

NEW: Behind the Scenes Social Media Videos!

Copy and videos featuring behind the scenes content from the Hogwarts™ Collection are now available in the social media assets!

These assets can be found in “Social Media Art & Copy” in a sub folder titled “Behind the Scenes Social Media” for films HP1-5. Please note that, though the copy may be localized for posting, the videos cannot be localized or edited.

NEW: Instrument Encounter

The Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series has added a new Lobby Engagement: Instrument Encounter!

For the first three films in the Harry Potter series, in the lobby, prior to the concert, a table can feature several instruments for children and adults to touch and examine! This station must be manned by at least one venue or symphony employee to ensure instruments are not damaged and to answer questions, should they arise. 

This must be positioned as a “discovery” activation for patrons, avoiding the use of the word “educational”.

The additional rules and template for this activation can be found in the Lobby Engagements folder for each film. If you have any questions regarding this activation, please reach out to your Brand Manager!

NEW: Photo-Motion Images!

Photo Motion Assets are now available for the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series!

These videos create a dynamic, motion effect that gives the appearance of adding depth to a static image. These can be posted on social media in lieu of the regular film stills if you wish!

Please find these in a folder labelled “Photo-Motion Images”, found in Social Media Art & Copy for each film!

NEW: HP4 Composer Videos for Social Media!

Exclusive CineConcerts Content for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ in Concert!

Relive the magic with this Behind the Scenes footage of Composer Patrick Doyle giving insight into the composition process on the fourth installment of the Harry Potter™ Film Series!

These videos, and the templated copy for them, can be found in the HP4 Assets folder “Social Media Art & Copy” -> “HP4 Patrick Doyle Social Media Videos”. These videos are only meant for use on Social Media.

HP5 TV & Radio Spots are Now Available!

TV and Radio spots for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix™ in Concert can now be found with the HP5 assets, in the folder "HP5 - TV & Radio Spots".

HP5 Sizzle Reel is now Available!

The Sizzle Reel for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix™ in Concert is now available!

Please find this with the HP5 assets, in the folder marked "Sizzle Reel & B-Roll". B-Roll and a Textless/Voiceless version of the Sizzle Reel will be available shortly.

NEW SECONDARY KEY ART!

Horizontal key art has been added for films HP4 - HP8! 

This artwork is secondary to the main, vertical key art for all films. The secondary art should not be used in lieu of the main key art in the whole of a marketing campaign, as the main key art will be best in instantly translating the experience for consumers. 

These new assets can be found in the 'Key Art' and 'Social Media Art & Copy' folders of all films.

Downloading Assets - Safari Preferences

Some browsers, particularly Safari after the latest updates, will have an issue downloading the assets from HPassets.com. To remedy this, please disable the Preventions of Cross-Site Tracking within your browser's preferences. 

If any issue with downloading continues after you have disabled this and restarted your browser, please contact your Marketing Manager. 

New: Additional Social Media Key Art!

Additional Key Art has been added for social media! These images for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have four phrases optional for the headline: Tickets On Sale Now! / Tickets Available Now! / New Dates Added! / New Show Added!

Please note that all four of these phrase options are available in this single PSD file, available for download in the Social Media Key Art and Copy folder of the assets. This file is labeled "HPX_Instagram_Post_New_Show_Added_1000x1000px.psd"

To select a different phrase option than the default "New Dates Added", open the file in photoshop and look under the Layer "Title" to view the other options.

To have the default or currently showing phrase disappear, click on the eye symbol next to that phrase. To have a different phrase become visible, click the square beside that phrase to make the eye symbol appear. Now that phrase will be visible!
